In the first contact we'll send the house rules and confirm availability by email. If you agree,  upon completing 50% of the total payment your reservation will be official . Please report to us your entry time, also your exit time and choose the payment method shown. PRbeachfront is not responsible in the event of misunderstandings on the part of the guest, caused by omitting to carefully read the rules document. To receive access codes, you must report all the names of each guest staying at the apartment and submit the final payment 2 weeks prior to your arrival. If there are any questions don't hesitate to contact us.

Return policy: Will refund 100% of your money if cancellation is 30 days prior to your arrival, 25% if it is 15 days prior and no refund after that time.
